By accessing or using 0xLabs ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
2. Description of Service
0xLabs provides automated GitHub security monitoring services that scan organizations for exposed secrets, API keys, credentials, and other sensitive information. Our Service includes:
- Continuous GitHub organization monitoring
- Secret and credential detection
- Real-time notifications via Discord
- Security dashboard and reporting
- PDF security reports
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to provide information about yourself and/or your organization. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription Plans and Payment
4.1 Plans
We offer multiple subscription plans including Security Audit ($49 one-time), High Severity ($699/year), Critical Severity ($899/year), and Exceptional Severity (custom pricing) tiers. Each plan provides different features and capabilities as described on our pricing page.
4.2 Payment
Paid subscriptions are billed annually. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
4.3 Refunds
We offer a 12-month money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 12 months of your purchase by contacting us at titifel01@gmail.com.
Please note that a non-refundable setup fee applies to cover the cost of provisioning your dedicated scanning environment:
- High Severity Plan: $150 setup fee is non-refundable (max refund: $549)
- Critical Severity Plan: $200 setup fee is non-refundable (max refund: $699)
- Exceptional Severity Plan: Custom setup fee is non-refundable (as agreed in contract)
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Scan repositories or organizations without proper authorization
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
- Use discovered credentials or secrets for malicious purposes
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without permission
- Use the Service for any illegal or harmful activities
6. Intellectual Property
The Service integrates open-source security tools, which remain under their respective licenses. 0xLabs does not claim ownership of these third-party tools.
The 0xLabs platform, including our proprietary scanning system, dashboard, monitoring infrastructure, configurations, workflows, and original content, is owned by 0xLabs and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our proprietary Service without prior written consent.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not store the actual content of your secrets or credentials. We only store metadata necessary to alert you of potential exposures.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the Service will detect all security vulnerabilities or exposed secrets. The Service is intended to supplement, not replace, your security practices.
9. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL 0xLabs BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
